  • 3. Design Part Pavilion design: Find designer to design UNIQLO pavilion. The pavilion will be moved to all the locations all over the world, so the building must be easy to move and install. Inside the Pavilion: Inside the pavilion there will have different sections for runway shows, exhibitions, stores and bar. The style will follow UNIQLO’s fashion style, be clean and simple. Graphic design: Design the poster, advertisement, invitation card and all the things will be needed during the event.
  • 4. Communication and PR Part 1.Use social medias to let people know about the event and the details. 2.Invite famous people as a guest for the event. 3.Make posters on the streets and advertisements on magazines
  • 5. Event for Promotion DESIGN COMPETITION An online Logo and poster design competition for young designers. Design a Logo for the fashion tour and posters for each location. The winner's work will be use during the event. PRESS CONFERENCE Hold a press conference before the fashion tour event. PREPARING Prepare the fashion shows, stores, exhibitions and parties during the event. Include settle down the theme of party and guest list, hire waiters and securities and so on.
  • 6. GOALS Spread the information of the event ! Attract more people and create potential costumers ! Let people understand the brand value of UNIQLO
  • 7. Marketing Part 1.Research the market situation in each location to choose which product to sale in each city. 2.Make a price discount during the event to boom the sales. 3.Make an intimate relationship with costumers and find the potential target.
  • 8. CONCLUSION Simple, comfortable and care is UNIQLO’s value of fashion, the whole event will follow this value. The moving pavilion just like a word of UNIQLO, it shows the value and concept of the brand. Costumer and visitors will become a traveler in the UNIQLO world. They can have fun here, relax here, shopping here, the most important, they can know more about UNIQLO here.
