    • Aims at restricting the spread of HIV among the truck drivers and the associated high-risk population.
    • Supported by NACO ( National Aids Control Organization) & Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
    • 16 staffs work under this project
    • Total Budget- 3.56 Lakhs

    • 34000 truckers have been reached out
    • 30000 truckers have been treated
    • 7000 truckers have been treated for STIs and counseled
    • Rs. 40,000/- have been raised locally as part of resource mobilization for the project
    • 30000 truckers have been covered through mid-media activities

  • 27. 2. Schools for Child Laborers
  • 28. Schools for Child Laborers- NCLP
    • CEVA has four schools for child laborers at Ghaziabad.
    • 3 schools are supported by Ministry of labour through district labour department and the Catholic Relief Services.
    • The schools are running 5 hours in a day. The schools provide a stipend of Rs. 100/- per month to each student.
    • 14 staff work under this project
    • Total Budget- 7.33 Lakhs
  • 29. 165 children regularly attend the schools Visitors like Chief Secretary, Labour Commissioner paid visit to our schools. Rotary club has distributed sweaters and dress to students of the schools. CEVA is on the making of a documentary of our Schools. Achievements Schools for Child Laborers
