1. 1. Maori NumbersLearn most of the numbers from 1-10,000. 
2. 2. Numbers 1-10• One= Tahi• Two= Rua• Three= Toru• Four= Wha• Five= Rima• Six= Ono• Seven= Whitu• Eight= Waru• Nine= Iwa• Ten= Tekau
3. 3. The ‘ma’ rule• For numbers 21-99 you have to always put ‘ma’ after Tekau, Example:• 25= Rua Tekau ma Rima• 82= Waru Tekau ma Rua• 66= Ono Tekau ma Ono• 34= Toru Tekau ma Wha
4. 4. Numbers 20, 30, 40 etc.• Twenty= Rua Tekau• Thirty= Toru Tekau• Forty= Wha Tekau• Fifty= Rima Tekau• Sixty= Ono Tekau• Seventy= Whitu Tekau• Eighty= Waru Tekau• Ninety= Iwa Tekau
