LESSONS LEARNED  The “phytoremediation lesson”:  If a job is too innovative, it can’t be the target of a workforce development program.  Need several entry –level positions for each trainee that we place in employment  Feed the demand or create the demand?  You can create the jobs but on a smaller scale
