  • Thanks for the analysis. Can you provide some more detail on Slide 10 and Brand Perceptions? Are you saying the stack rank by stage is based on what B2B Vendors believe whereas the yellow boxes are based on B2B Customers behavior? If so it provides guidance on where to invest. However this isn't immediately clear.

  • Some B-to-B marketers think branding is a waste of time and resources. Astute B-to-B marketers understand the value of creating an emotion connection with their brand. B-to-B has become P-to-P, people-to people marketing.
