    • Testimonials “I have lived at McBee for over a year and have loved my stay here. The location of McBee is awesome and makes living here that much more enjoyable! The staff at McBee are always very friendly and make you feel right at home. Any time I walk into the office I feel welcomed! Tisha, Courtney and Jennifer are ready to help me with any problems that I have! The parties are amazing with the locations at many downtown restaurants that are always alot of fun! I just recommended a friend to move in and she loves it too!!” - Catherine2011
    • Testimonials “I love living at McBee station. The location is awesome. I can walk to everything that downtown Greenville has to offer...the great restaurants on Main Street, Falls Park, Fluor Field (if I feel like getting a bit more exercise) and there is even an upscale Publix right in the complex. Everything is so convenient. The apartment is spacious with a great kitchen and great bathrooms. The amenities upscale and are also great. I love the outdoor pool, exercise room and the club house. All of the office staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make the residents happy. The staff also plan monthly social events for all the residents at various locations in downtown Greenville. I have found this a wonderful opportunity to meet my neighbors and make new friends, as well as try out the latest restaurants and bars around town. Overall, McBee is the perfect place to live in downtown Greenville. A great choice!” - Ripley56

    • Greenville SC Condos City Living That Feels Like Home
    • City Living That Feels Like Home It is a sign of the times that mixed-use developments are becoming a common sight all around the country these days. After all, with carbon footprints becoming smaller and to-do lists growing larger, what better way to merge the two than to move into a home that’s right in the middle of everything? We were curious about this type of development, and dropped by McBee Station to visit a few of the flats ourselves. Fortunately, three of the Upstate’s finest design firms — Bogari, The Feathered Nest and Postcard from Paris — have interpreted what three of the city homes might offer future owners lucky enough to live above the center’s retail spaces.
