N AT U R E St. Nature As the name implies, this high-rise apartment complex is popular for its natural surroundings. The only Spanish Tapas Bar in town does not only have delicious Mediterranean food, but is also a very cozy place to just enjoy a glass of wine. Salut is run by the friendly Catalan brothers Pepe and Agusti Gazquez, who do not compromise in the ingredients of their dishes: olives, olive oil, vinegar, salsa, anchovies, wine and other specialties are imported from Spain and can also partly be purchased in the restaurant. Amongst many Salut excellent dishes on the menu, Salut’s Catalan chef works his magic on seafood, paellas, salads, Spanish tortillas and all sorts of tapas. The 萨露西班牙-加泰蓝风味 outdoor space is great for having a “cafe con leche” during the day, Shuadu—Chunjiang Huayue 118 while the light scent of seafood, garlic and candles is likely to make you move inside the restaurant in the evening. The Gazquez brothers (back street) seem to have an endless repertoire of Spanish music, which adds to Wuhouci Street 19 making your visit a little journey to Europe. If you want to indulge even 耍都-春江花月118 (后街) more in the Spanish feel you are welcome to join Salut’s Spanish 武侯祠大街19号 movie nights on Tuesdays, with movies shown on the little restaurant’s big screen.
