6. OUR PLUS - TECHNOLOGY
• Master Password
You get access to an EXTRANET – dedicated environment to Yours associated – By registering your
ADVs and by creating access credentials, you can access directly to our booking system.
• White Label – I-frame – General - B2C
You are a travel agency who wants to sell Hotels and Activities online. You can install a simple plugin
(already with credit card payment gateway) in your website and, thanks to customized
documentation, you can sell online with your company brand (see live example). Some prime class
OTA in the italian market, before they knew Reisenplatz, believed they couldn’t compete against the
international big players. Today they have implemented our White Labels (see live example).
• • White Label – I-frame – Dedicated products
The online specialization repay. Websites specialized in single destination are selling very well and,
through our platform www.dmc.reisenplatz.com, they can add and channelize their own product
(see live example).

Tour Operator and Networks can create their own hotel platform and dedicated services to their own
agencies network, integrating their product via XML or through www.dmc.reisenplatz.com. We can’t
give you examples as the Reisenplatz brand is completely removed here.
• XML
You have your own platform and you want to integrate our product at the best market conditions. It is possible to
connect to our product database completely or in a partial way via different XML versions (more or less
normalized), based on product policies and needs. We can provide you Web Service API access by request.
• XML – Multi-provider
Connecting, but moreover, keeping a connection has very high management costs. After connecting to our Web
Service, you can interface not only with our provider, but with other providers as well, using the same Web
Service. In other words, with a single connection you can manage up till 50 different suppliers. This service is
already being used by very known systems, such as Zucchetti System, and Amadeus and it’s usable in all the
above technical solutions. By request, we can provide you Web Service API access and conditions.
• Suppliers comparator
Travel agencies, before selling an hotel, search it against 3/5/8 different platforms… Thanks to our multi-
providing technology, the Reisenplatz platform can be used as a live comparator. By request, we can provide you
a demo tutorial of this strategic opportunity.
• E-commerce integrated platform
This is a preview! We are working with other technological partnersin order to organize integrated and modular
multi service platforms, who are able to sell Hotels, Activities, Tour Operator sets, flights, flights and hotels,
renting, cruises, etc…
Reisenplatz is up to the new generation technologies and this is its true key strength. This makes the
product easy to use in different ways and, thanks to its flexibility, it adapts to varied business

• Modern Interface
Software usability training is always a complex and thorny activity. The Reisenplatz GUI has been
studied to be intuitive and of immediate understanding, following the most important use
experience internet rules.
• Advanced Back office for Customers
ReisenPlatz has its own internal BackOffice, reserved to Agencies, to let them manage in the best
way all the activities, quotations, bookings made in the platform. Furthermore, since the new
release, it’s possible to manage all your customers, define the predefined sections and the currency
which an agency can operate with. Everything in complete transparency, being able to see all the
data and changes done by the Reisenplatz customer service.
• Cross device
Travel agents use more often different devices to connect and use online services, such as laptop,
tablet and smartphones. For this reason, Reisenplatz has a website developed as cross device.
• Complete Transparency
Our transparency philosofy, honesty and reliability has been brought into our platform through the
section “My Reisenplatz”, in which our customer can see in real time the trend of his bookings and
every price change, availability and documents.
• Search World Destinations
Thanks to such big product availability (1.300.000 contracts with Hotles, more than 90.000 with Activities and
Tours), in Reisenplatz you can easily find the product you are looking for in the World, via an easy to use, very fast
and multi-language search engine which suggests locations, points of interests and attractions you are looking for
in the period of time of your interest.
• Search for addresses
The search becomes easier, fast and accurate with the Reisenplatz Search. We have integrated both our and
google map search algorythm, which lets you find, wherever your customer wants to go, a Hotel of his interest.
• DMC manager
A platform dedicated to DMCs managements. Developed to easy and quickly add your products and put them
immediately on sale in the Reisenplatz network, at local or global level.
