Entrance blocked and didn’t show the gorgeous floors and space of this house Open, light and inviting after staging
The beautiful cabinet and artwork is now visible, by reframing the Bluebonnet Oil painting and displaying it all together (see golden frame next to window in picture above) One vital rule of staging is: No animals, dead or alive! Animal trophies should be removed and no pet “stuff” should be visible.
With a little rearranging, using what the client had and adding some color this living room was turned into a bright and inviting area.
This beautiful fireplace needed to be accentuated and featured. A professional Home Stager would always focus on the areas that will bring the highest ROI for the client So with rearranging the art and the furniture, the focus is now on the fireplace and not on the…???
Nothing like a fresh bunch and flowers and gorgeous, juicy lemons to brighten up a kitchen island and Breakfast nook area!
The importance of decluttering a kitchen, removing all personal items such as calendars, medication and showing off countertop space cannot be stressed enough!
Bedroom used as an office space and storage area before… Now it’s the guest bedroom it’s suppose to be
This Baby Room was overwhelmed with a Queen sized bed and no space of her own Now baby girl has space to play and have fun!
Since I couldn’t take a Before picture of the Master bedroom, (walls were being painted) I decided to display these anyway. We moved the Queen size bed from the Baby’s Room to where it belong and now this room is a beautiful, serene relaxing space No headboard, no problem! A little creativity goes a long way!
Playroom upstairs: From dark and cluttered…. To open, light and bright! A place where one can relax with a book, while the winter sun seeps through the windows
Want to keep the TV and the desk space? No problem! By now there was enough space for Baby Girl’s toys in her room, TV was moved and desk was organized.
Last but not least: Your outdoor space is just as important as the indoors. Make it inviting and sociable. Sit down and relax…and have some wine Cheers!
