  • The need for new learning eco-systems • • • • • • • • As we know, technology enables new jobs, while erasing old ones. Although, the rate at which technology is developing is becoming too fast for us to adapt to change. It only needs re-programming for a machine to learn to work in a different way, but it takes years to make a human being to adapt to new conditions. We need a stronger and sustainable learning model, because we need to increase the rate and speed at which we learn and adjourn ourselves. If we don’t implement this, big data and all systems will become unmanageable by humans, as they become more complex. The true challenge for thinkers around innovation and technology, is to merge sustainability - not only in terms of resources , but also in terms of intellectual capital, knowledge and human existence – with the capacity and power of calculus of the next generation machines and the speed at which they are growing. We will need to think ahead of the jobs of the future, not to be left without a job in the near future. We are modeling technology around our selves, as technology is modeling our way of thinking and relating to each other. 3 View slide
