VOLUNTEER WORK 2013 - Project leader ‘Drugs in Debate’ ‘Drugs in Debate’ is a volunteer project that stimulates the debate on drug policy and recreational drug use. - Managing and leading the project - Organizing debates - Finding sponsors - Organizing a media campaign - Media appearances - Writing articles - Giving presentations - Participating in the Young Civilianship Award 2013 2005 - Prevention Worker Unity Drug Education Project, Jellinek, Amsterdam, http://www.unity.nl/ Unity is a volunteer project for and by adolescents in the dance scene. We educate about safer use of alcohol and other drugs at dance events, parties and in clubs in an objective and 'open minded' manner. Primary goals of Unity are an increase in one’s own responsibility and harm reduction by spreading knowledge. Awards: 3rd place in ‘Golden peer award 2012’, given to the most-valued volunteer.
