What Went Well: Even Better If:
WARM UP – 15mins
Destroyer game -
Game 2. The defender(s) must kick all 4 balls out of the area
(The attackers can pass to each other as balls decrease)
FUNCTION PRACTICE – 20mins
The red midfielder must make a long pass into the GK & then enter
the pitch to play out of defence with the 2 red defenders.
Immediately 2 blue attackers run onto the pitch to stop the reds from
playing out of defence. The aim for the red players is to make a pass
to the resting red midfielder. The player making this pass then goes
off the pitch & the game is restarted. If the blue attackers win the ball
then they try to score in the goal.

receive
(Practice both scenarios)
