How could you find people to be in your production team?
You could contact friends or family to work in your production team. This has its advantages and disadvantages; advantages being that
it may not cost money to have friends and family working with you, however they may lack specific skills that are needed for the job, so
the end product of the work may not be of a high standard.
You could also contact previous employers, this has the advantage of personal experience with the employer. Having personal
experience with people before hiring them will be a help because you will be familiarized with them, their attitude, work ethic etc.
Another method of finding people for your production team is publishing an vacancy advert.
