Changing the levelsI really liked the under-exposure of this image so I decided to change the levelsto make the blacks even darker, so it focuses on the blue/white sky and the clock.Firstly, I put the image into Photoshop:To correct the tone, contrast and the colour I selected these options:Afterwards, I opened up the levels setting and changed them to suit what Iintended to do with the image. After changing the levels I selected OK.
  • 2. I also cropped the bottom of the image so that the car is not visible and doesn’tappear as a distraction from the main focus. Here is how the image looked like:The effect looks quite nice and the under-exposure of Big Ben makes the skystand out.
