    This set encompasses a wide scope of activities, and these include Planning, allocation, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing. A time management system is a designed combination of processes, tools and techniques.

    of stress and especially chronic stress often for the purpose of improving everyday functioning.
    Stress produces numerous symptoms which vary according to persons, situations, and severity. These can include physical health decline as well as depression.

    3. Evaluate: When you are done with the planning and implementation, it is time to do a bit of evaluation. What worked and what did not work? How can you make some adjustments that will lead to better results.
