    • Baystate Health completing its 5 th floor build-out, 137 employees due to move in first week of June, 2011.
    • GSA tenants have retained 75 employees on-site.
  • 18. Initial Impact of the 1550 Main Project
    • Former Asylum Night Club Building, 1592 Main St.
      • Partial demolition underway.
      • New uses: Office space and event space/surface parking.
    • Fuller Block Building, 1537 Main St.
      • Upper floors renovated and occupied by local engineering firm, The Dennis Group.
      • First floor to be renovated and used by WFCR, a local NPR radio station.
    • Former School Department Headquarters, State St.
      • Developer designated to redevelop functionally obsolete building for housing.
