Can we answer: Where are you in your life? I know that is a big question. In our ODLG session, we will attempt to do so drawing from two significant perspectives:
from David Whyte’s work on the “three marriages” of your individual self, your work and your relationships with others
from Otto Scharmer’s “Theory U”
We will have the opportunity to create our own innovative space to apply these ideas and perspectives to our own work, our relationships, and our personal being to elicit new emerging possibilities

Main premise of “the three marriages” is not to keep them separate or separated but have a conversation, a dialogue, about what is emerging within us on any one of these “marriages.”

Where are you on the “U” in relation to your relationship/work/self?
Have a conversation with your group as to where you are: Your observations, what has deep meaning for you, your aspirations, etc.
What do you think would be your very next step?
