    • Arrive early!
      • Exhibitors can opt to set up the afternoon before the event (4-7 PM)
      • Day of: Set up begins at 6 AM
      • Trade Show opens at 8 AM
    • Check in at Exhibitor Registration Area/ Help Desk to get badges, conference tote bag and other info
  • 15. Study the Schedule
    • Be aware of the event’s schedule

      • Workshops
      • Breaks
      • Booth preparation and dismantling times

  • 16. Drawings
    • Exhibitors are welcome to bring a door prize item to be drawn after the show.
    • Arrangements must be made with the winner separate from the trade show.
    • Mass-ALFA will not announce the winners of individual exhibitor’s door prizes during the trade show.
  • 17. Booth Dismantling
    • Statistics show that you can obtain that good prospect the last half hour of a show!
    • This year’s trade show has been timed to provide an additional 30 minute break following the afternoon keynote so that you have one last block of face-to-face time with attendees (from 3:00-3:30 PM).
    • Booth tear down must begin at 3:30 PM. All exhibit booths must be vacated by 5:00 PM.

    • Debrief with your staff within one week of the conference and trade show while experience and “lessons learned” are still fresh.
    • Evaluate what worked and what didn’t work to better prepare for your next trade show.
