Create an Assignment in MBC

  1. 1. Creating AssignmentsNow that you have uploaded resources to Your Stuff,you can distribute these resources to your students asassignments.
  2. 2. ObjectivesAttach created assignments to units of instruction inBundles or Pages.
  3. 3. Select a Group First, select the group to which you want to add an assignment.
  4. 4. Schoolwork Next, click on Schoolwork
  5. 5. Adding an Assignment Click on Add New Schoolwork
  6. 6. Create Schoolwork ScreenYou will now be in the Create Schoolwork Screen.There are four tabs you need to complete before youadd the assignment: Information Make sure you click on SAVE after each tab or MBC will not Questions let you move to the next tab and your information will be Standards lost. Assignees
  7. 7. Information Tab 1. Choose the Kind of Schoolwork
  8. 8. 2. Enter the Title3. Enter theDescription4. Enter the MaxScore for theassignment
  9. 9. Assignment Description Lay guidelines for what you want the assignment to look like. For example, “Please complete the RADCAB Worksheet and submit it to me using your iPad.” 5. Click Your Stuff
  10. 10. After clicking Your Stuff, this textbox willappear. Scroll down to select the document you want. Select your Resource
  11. 11. After selecting your resource, it willappear at the bottom of the page. Select Save & Continue
  12. 12. Standards Tab Choose standards by clicking on the “+” sign Click Save
  13. 13. Assignees Tab 2. Click Save1. Click Add NewAssignees.
  14. 14. Assign to a Group or Groups or even specific members of a group.Select the Start Date and Due Date
  15. 15. Select Maximum Submission Number Complete the rest of the form by choosing the settings you desire for your assignment type. Click Save
  16. 16. This information will show up when you arefinished assigning the work. Edit and delete buttons are available to make corrections Save your work when finished.
  17. 17. AssignmentsThe assignments can be given to your Group (class) oryou can add the assignment to you Bundle (Unit).The following will show you how to add an assignmentto a Bundle.
  18. 18. Add Assignment to Bundles or Pages1. Select your Bundle1 3. Select Schoolwork 2. Select Content
  19. 19. 2.Click on Schoolwork to1. Scroll down to find be added to the Bundleyour Assignment
  20. 20. 3. Click and hold on assignmentand drop it into your Content.
  21. 21. This is what it will look like in your Bundle. 4. Click Save
  22. 22. Now it is your turn.Go into a Group, create an assignment, andadd it to your Bundle.
