DUBAI Importance of Dubai, the present and future world

Dubai acts as a regional gateway, re-exporting goods from around the world to the large markets of neighbors .
Liberal commercial regulations and the government’s support to business have encouraged an increasing number of international firms to choose Dubai as the base for their regional headquarters and storage and distribution centers.
In recent years, that role has already been surpassed and is now set to play an increasingly important role as the major business and financial link between East and West.

The school system in Dubai does not differ from the school system in the United Arab Emirates.
The Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates is responsible for school's accreditation. The Dubai Education Council was established in July 2005 to develop the education sector in Dubai .
The medium of instruction in public schools is Arabic with emphasis on English as a second language . While most of the private schools use English as their medium of instruction.

In a matter of very few years Dubai’s development has grown enormously and at tremendous speed, and it has become a very powerful and majestic country , being its architecture one of the many aspects that gives it this reputation.
Despite all the development the country has had in technological, architectural, political, economical and social areas, it’s still projecting itself to become a World Center, meaning a Global City.
