You know the feeling where you sit in another presentation or read a article and think. "I knew that" or "that is so obvious"? Turns out most of the time one or two of those tips ARE usefull.

I have gathered some of my learnings to share them with you.

This is chapter 1: Strategy and more.. Chapter 2 (Design and more) and Chapter 3 (It's about the user, dummy) coming up soon.
