    • Integration Lead Our client is one of the UK’s leading technology companies and is looking for an Integration Lead to work across and help deliver all of their major programs. As an Integration Lead, you will be working across all platforms including Mobile, Web and Set Top Box (STB) and will be one of the key technical advisors within the company. This is a business critical role and you will play a key part in identifying complex technical issues and working to ensure that they are resolved. As an Integration Lead, you will be expected to be highly technical. Ensure the integration challenges are understood and addressed.  Working with the Project Manager, establish a suitable technical delivery plan that conforms to the stated goals of the project.  Support the planning of customer facing product launches, including go live plans and rollback/ contingency strategies  Participation in scoping/ definition/ problem solving workshops working with the project team to understand the most effective strategies  Acts as a key point of contact for delivery with software and infrastructure suppliers and manufacturers on technical matters.  Acts as the technical expert to the delivery teams and is the point of escalation for addressing these issues from project teams.  Act proactively to resolve issues that arise during projects with third parties, finding solutions that mitigate impact on business objectives  Understand the workflow and delivery between different teams and suppliers to ensure dependent work streams are identified and efficiently managed  On all projects work to ensure that it is delivered on time and to budget Supports the process of selection and negotiation of external delivery contracts Skills and Expertise  Highly technically literate, with a background in software or hardware development or testing Strong knowledge of the digital TV industry and related technologies  Experience of development and integration.  Experience working in a fast moving environment delivering customer facing projects.  Experience of managing and delivering through 3rd party supplier and out sourced arrangements  Experience in delivering resilient systems with a high-level of availability  Demonstrated capability to balance concerns of different disciplines and constraints +44 (0) 1491 411 020 www.abrs.com info@abrs.com
    •  Ability to deliver creative solutions to difficult technical problems within tight time constraints  Educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical / numerate discipline, engineering/software/CE is desirable  Considerable experience working a range of technologies  Embedded software  User interfaces  Web services  Data management Personal Skills and Attributes  A leader and a self-starter with the ability to perform in a high pressure delivery environment  Highly organized with an ability to look forward and anticipate issues before they impact workflows  Ability to keep calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
