CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Location: UK - Flexible Package: six figures + Generous Bonus + Attractive Equity package Our client is an award winning Software Company on an exciting trajectory of growth. They operate in a space that is constantly evolving which presents a range of unique and stimulating challenges. They require an exceptional individual who will bring an energetic, entrepreneurial and ambitious attitude to the business. You will be a seasoned leader who has served as a COO previously and prides themselves on a hands-on approach to business challenges. The role is going to require a healthy measure of tactical contribution with a strategic insight into technology trends and product direction. You will have had significant experience operating in IT Software. This role, reports to the CEO. Responsibilities: The COO is responsible for day to day management of operations, product management and development, technical and supply chain functions. This role requires a Commercial Leader with an eye for detail. You will be an experienced and motivational man manager coupled with a desire to contribute personally when circumstance demands. Key experience necessary includes:       Track record of growing technology businesses in a previous roles Ability to drive key staff including projects, product, development and operations Evidence of delivering to a commercial strategy Strong project and programme management skills, from planning to implementation A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing and developing employees in a highperformance work culture. A high level of understanding or direct experience in the IT Software industry.
