which is the journey I am partaking. In order to fulfill a successful production you must be able to work
with people that hold different positions in the field such as the performer, personal manager, talent
agent, promoter and venue operator. My goal for this course will be enhance my team managing skills . I

M AST E RY:   P E RS O NA L   D E V E L O P M E N T   &   L E A D E RS H I P Goal  : I  have  learned  different  strategies  in  my  personal   development  to  my  mastery  journey.  I    learned   steps  in  learning  to  Kind  my  life’s  task,  the   importance  of  Kinding  a  mentor  in  my  target  Kield,   acquiring  social  intelligence  in  order  to  be  able  to   deal  with    all  types  of  personalities  and  last   strategies  for  attaining  mastery  in  my  Kield.  My   master  journey  is  working  in  the  live  music   entertainment  business  and  this  course  has  helped   me  start  my  journey  toward  this  goal. In order to fulfill a successful production you must be able to work with people that hold different positions in the field such as the performer, personal manager, talent agent, promoter and venue operator. My goal for this course will be enhance my team managing skills . I plan to learn how to motivate and communicate with my team to produce a successful event. Business  Storytelling  and  Brand  Development        In  live  music  entertainment  it  is  essential  to  build  and  know  your  brand.  You  must  be  able  to  sell   and  promote  your  company  brand.  My  goal  after  completing  this  course  will  be  to  have  better   knowledge  on  how  to  build  my  personal  brand.  Also,  to  have  the  ability  to  sell  my  companies   brand  and  build  my  storytelling  skills  to  communicate  with  venues  to  promote  the  company.
