  2. 2. Where is New Zealand? New Zealand is an island in the South of the Pacific Ocean. It is divided in two islands: the North Island and the South Island. This country is very near of Australia.
  3. 3. Hobbies and sports In New Zealand there are a lot of hobbies like fishing , diving and another sports like  rugby,  criquett, bowling , netball , football , motoring, and golf. Rugby is the most popular of all.
  4. 4. Animals In New Zealand, poultries can be seen in a lot of places. Also, there are another species of animals like cheetahs, scoups and goats. The kiwis are a genus of birds paleognaths composed of five endemic species of New Zealand. They are small flightless birds.

The flag and the coat of arms  The flag of New Zealand presents in red, the four main stars in the constellation of the Southern Cross against a dark blue background and the "Union Jack", the flag of the United Kingdom in the upper left corner.  The coat of arms represents a shield topped with a Crown and flanked by a Maori chief and a European woman.
