Turn the computer onUser name: libstaffPassword: *****Bibliotech is the name of the system.Double click on the Bibliotech Icon (Green book icon) located on the desktop.This will launch the Bibliotech library management system.The following screen appears:-Click on Circulation ManagerA password box opens. The password is ****Type in the password and click okay.The default screen LOANSshould appear.Method to borrow resources.In the Groups column (menu on Left hand side of the screen)Click on your grade/staff/bulk loanClick on User name

Scan the barcodeThe EPS barcode is on either the front cover or front page of the book.Check the bottom of the screen –the name of the item followed by Loan Okayshouldbe displayed.To returnresourcesClick RETURN (top right hand corner of the screen) box changes to GREEN.Scan EPS barcodes.Check at the bottom of the screen – should display the name of the resourcereturned Okay.REMEMBERGrades Prep -2 - Maximum 1 BOOK for 2 WEEK period.Grades 3-6 – Maximum 2 BOOKS for 2 WEEK period.If you’ve any concerns or problems please follow up with Marion.Thank you.
