Rationale• Employee affiliation at all levels is very crucial at BCG, in order to support affiliation, committees are formed within the office for the sole purpose of planning employee events. This includes but is not limited to – Staff lunches – Happy hours – Quarterly conferences – Ad hoc events – Annual holiday party – Company retreats.
