Healthcare advertising agency HCB
Health won a prestigious Manny
Award in April for collaborative
philanthropic work with Abelson-
Taylor and JUICE Pharma World-
wide.
The three agencies partnered with
MIT Hacking Medicine, a non-profit
institute, to examine the intersec-
tion of technology and healthcare.
Their goal was to bring together
stakeholders and other healthcare
system players to determine how
digital technology can shape
people’s health.
“HCB, AbelsonTaylor and JUICE
Pharma share a commitment to
giving our time and resources to
causes that shape and transform
lives,” said Nancy Beesley, partner
and CSO at HCB Health. “The event
at SXSW allowed us to rethink
healthcare with other like-minded
independent agencies. From solving
big pharma issues to improving the
lives of patients, together we were
able to see into the future of
healthcare innovation,” added Kerry
Hilton, partner and CEO at HCB
Health.
The Manny Awards were created by
Med Ad News, a pharmaceutical
business and marketing publication.
For more than 25 years, the
publication has paid tribute to
creative work in the healthcare
market. The Heart Award is given
to agencies based on their social
responsibilities and cultures, which
embody strong commitments to
philanthropic and social causes.
HCB was also a finalist for Agency
of the Year, Category III.
HCB Health is a solution provider at
the marcus evans PharmaMar-
keting Summit (2015 and 2016).
According to its executives, “HCB is
an agency that values disruptive
thinking. Strategy is at the center
of what we do, and digital is who
we are. We welcome the con-
straints of healthcare marketing –
and seek to find freedom in the fine
print. We believe that great ideas
cannot be contained”.
HCB’s plan last year was to enter
new markets and double in size.
With 10 new accounts acquired in
2015, revenue increased by 50
percent and 30 people joined its
two offices. The company also won
16 industry awards in 2015.

sector, HCB celebrated its 15th
anniversary this year. It is head-
quartered in Austin, Texas, with an
additional office in Chicago.
The Manny Awards ceremony took
place Thursday 21 April at Pier
Sixty at Chelsea Piers in New York
City.

HCB Health Winner of a Prestigious Manny Heart Award - HCB Health

  • 1. Healthcare advertising agency HCB Health won a prestigious Manny Award in April for collaborative philanthropic work with Abelson- Taylor and JUICE Pharma World- wide. The three agencies partnered with MIT Hacking Medicine, a non-profit institute, to examine the intersec- tion of technology and healthcare. Their goal was to bring together stakeholders and other healthcare system players to determine how digital technology can shape people’s health. “HCB, AbelsonTaylor and JUICE Pharma share a commitment to giving our time and resources to causes that shape and transform lives,” said Nancy Beesley, partner and CSO at HCB Health. “The event at SXSW allowed us to rethink healthcare with other like-minded independent agencies. From solving big pharma issues to improving the lives of patients, together we were able to see into the future of healthcare innovation,” added Kerry Hilton, partner and CEO at HCB Health. The Manny Awards were created by Med Ad News, a pharmaceutical business and marketing publication. For more than 25 years, the publication has paid tribute to creative work in the healthcare market. The Heart Award is given to agencies based on their social responsibilities and cultures, which embody strong commitments to philanthropic and social causes.
