  • @RachelDechenneWickert That it the good thing about working inter-disciplinary and co-creative: Depending on the project you can set up the team as the project needs it. We work in teams with lawyers, accountants, tax consultants, etc. Though, we might have to stress that out a bit more. So, thanks for your comment, Rachel!

  • Great tool. Tx! As a lawyer I guess, what I miss in design thinking is that it doesn't seem to address head on or openly enough for me the possibility of blockages at the cross-levels of governance. The power struggles in other words...hence I see a place for a co-empowerment ethos. Nothing perfect ;-)

  • Really insightful presentation. Ad agencies in particular have a lot more to learn about service design - it could be an important new source of revenue for them.
