More that for his beauty, this palace is known, like the place of the murder of Rasputín “The crazy monk”.
Grigori Yefimovich Rasputín, from young man cattle devoted itself to steal. Of high height, skillful, extraordinary orator, of coarse, rude aspect sometimes and overwhelming personality, managed to be accepted in the court of Czar Nicolas II and to turn into intimate friend, of the Czarina Alexandra
Rasputín obtained what the doctors could not. To improve the health of the son of the Czarina who was enduring Hemophilia. This did that the Czarina was considering it a “Saint" being and for years, it was he the one that governed, not in official form but if real. This tremendous influence could not be tolerated, for the members of the family, so, they decided to eliminate it and here the incredible thing happened.
Los cómplices esperaban arriba On December 29, 1916, prince Félix Yusopov invited Rasputin to a dinner prepared in the cellar. the food and the wine were containing enough cyanide, as to kill several persons. The accomplices were waiting above
This is the room where the accomplices, between them big Duke Dimitri Romanov were waiting for the ending of the murder
In the conversation Rasputín it was presuming of his victories with regard to the attempts of murder that he had suffered. The time was running and Rasputín neither ate nor was taking. Félix Yusupov, it became very nervous since it seemed that Rasputín was suspecting his intentions. Finally Rasputín began taking wine and devouring the hard poisoned meal.
Cuando se reestableció la luz, quedaron horrorizados al ver que Rasputín había huido It kept on spending the time and Yusupov did not believe what it saw. Rasputín scarcely was turning out to be flagging. It took his weapon and shot him at the heart. On having heard the shots, the accomplices of above ran to the cellar, crossed with Yusupov and clumsily they left without light the cellar. When the light was re-established, they remained terrified on having seen that Rasputín had fled
They gave him fighter shooting several bullets to him at close range and threw his body wrapped in a carpet, to the river Neva. The later autopsy revealed that Rasputín died drowned The cyanide in the highest doses and the bullets in little contributed to his death
Libro muy interesante After the murder, prince Félix Yusupov, it was established in Paris where he died in 1967 at the age of 80 years. He wrote a book where he reported to the minimal detail last night of Rasputín. Very interesting book
