JOB ANALYSIS JOB ANALYSIS JOB DESCRIPTION (WORK ORIENTYED) JOB SPECIFICATION (EMPLOYEE ORIENTED) Job description is a description of the tasks, duties, responsibilities& functions of the job Job specification list-outs all those specifications required by the applying candidates Eg: Soft skills, Educational qualifications, communication skills etc;
