A manager works through the co-operation of others. Therefore, he should communicate the policies, plans, programmes of management to the workers. The top officials do not just issue instructions or orders to their subordinates, rather they also receive & try to understand the information that the subordinates supply in turn. Advertisements in the newspaper intended for the customers are not included in the concept of communication.
