Every customer wants to know the basics of who we are, how long we have been around and who our customers are. This is a simple slide with basic corporate logos of some of our key customers. When presented to a specific market the bullets should remain for consistency, but the logos of customers may be tailored to best reflect the target market.This slide is designed to instill comfort with the customer:We have been around for over 25 years and we are financially secureWe are large company that can serve their multiple plant needsWe are independent and focused on their needs not an OEM.We understand their industry.
One challenge of being Avanceon is that customers often think of us only in terms of a control system company. However, our business is only 45% control systems. We are also 35% Manufacturing information systems (MES) and 20% support services.As a solutions company we can do many, many different things that we will identify as we gain better knowledge of the customer needs. However, we have found that is also good to provide examples of many of the solution types that we provide in order to get the customer thinking.While these distinct solution examples are NOT a distinct part of our brand, they do provide better definition by example to the customer of what we mean when we say that we are a Manufacturing Solutions Provider.A summary of this slide is to always summarize that:Avanceon has the most diverse set of solutions for manufacturing in the industry allowing us to be a better partner to our customers. By offering these diverse services we often get the opportunity to learn more about our customers business and therefore we gain a better understanding of how to help them meet their business objectives.
From our Value Positioning Statement, there are two important differentiations for Avanceon. This slide defines the HOW we do what we do and how we apply standards and best practices.The bullets on the slide provide the detail of how we apply our process to the completion of a project through the project System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is illustrated in the orange half of the circle above. Why most SDLC illustrations are show in a straight line, Avanceon illustrates in a circular fashion to illustrate how we partner with our clients through and after the project.
As a continuation over project Avanceon uniquely provides support services that help to improve quality, and assist the customer with long term support services.Again, the bullets provide the best illustration of what this means in terms of our value to the customer.
Avanceon includes the combined entities of the former Avanceon, LP and the EIAL locations in Pakistan and Dubai. For consistency, those locations have been renamed as illustrated in the presentation above.All parties should use on this terminology when articulating the names and this is how the “Locations” will be articulated globally. In today’s world having a global presence is a business necessity for major manufacturers as well as the companies that support them. In the United States, Avanceon will continue to provide the same level of manufacturing technology solutions, support and service – in control systems, manufacturing execution system (MES) deployment, and technology support services – that has been the hallmark of our company for more than two decades and has earned us 2007 System Integrator of the Year honors. Location of our clients is an important consideration whether it is Dubai or Denver. For that reason, we continue to expand our commitment to open local and regional offices to better serve our domestic customers, large and small, and we expect to open additional regional support locations throughout North America. The Global Headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania, will continue to be the management center for global services and solutions while customers in the eastern hemisphere will be managed out of the East Headquarters Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.While the Lahore office will continue to provide solutions to a domestic PK market, a large portion of their enterprise is dedicated to product development and support of global offices.
Avanceon won honors in 2007 as Systems Integrator of the Year by Control Engineering magazine. As such this transfers to Avanceon and all entities globally.
