In November 2012, the Economist Intelligence Unit, on behalf of Zurich, surveyed 549 small business ownersand directors in the UK to explore what SMEs think about the current economic landscape and how they areadapting in order to survive and succeed.In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with several SME experts.
