5. Step 4 : Key in your NRIC number & your full name as per your
NRIC. Then, click ‘Search’.

6. Step 5 : Your Yes ID will be displayed here. Type in your personal
email and phone number in the respective columns and
click ‘Update’.

7. Step 6 : If you would like to receive your password via email,
click on ‘Send Email’. If you would like to receive your
password via SMS, click on ‘Send SMS’.
