  • Good job! I love the animal metaphors, which are so funny and memorable.

    There are some great points here, like saying at the very start that content needs to come before slides. Well said!

    Slide 3 actually raises a complex point, about using a consistent look. I say “complex” because often people take that tip too far.

    For instance, if most presenters were asked to make slides like these, they’d want to put the caption in the exact same place on each slide – “to be consistent”. But too much consistency puts your audience to sleep, as I argue in this post:
