So whether you are looking for a romantic eveningout, or a night spent with a group of friends – the experience is bound to be amemorable one.‖ Each wine-paired dinner is either four- or five-course, depending onthe wines served. ―Ahead of each event we conduct a tasting where The Square‘s souschef, the winemaker and select members of the media as well as the hotels food andwine committee get together. It‘s an opportunity to taste the wines and to debate, deliberate and explore a menu specifically paired to the wines in question,‖ Daviesexplained. ―The combination of the tasting session and then experiencing the endproduct – the actual dinner – is a fascinating journey, allowing us to ensure that the end-product is always of the absolute highest standard, something we believe our guests willexperience with every paired event.‖ The cost of the dinners is R265 pp for the four-course and R315 pp for the five-course.
