Globally known for innovation, the company sells its products through online stores, retail stores, direct sales force and third-party wholesalers and resellers. The client wanted a comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution along with integration to upstream and downstream systems. Migration from Legacy Application to a Scalable PLM Solution was the Need of the Hour The legacy application in use was posing a challenge to the client. They were facing increased manual intervention due to complex integration of multiple systems. Their PLM processes were not secure and scalable. Master data replicated in multiple systems led to redundant data and other issues that collectively reduced the efficiency of design engineers. An inefficient cross-functional collaboration resulted in a higher time-to-market.
