  2. Don't worry, all human activities, worry is the least productive.
    That not you expires fear, most of the things that we fear, they will never happen. You save not animus, is one of the loads more heavy and life useless.
    Faces each problem as arrives, single anyway you can handle them one to one.
    No problems to bed, you take are bad sleep.
    Not take delivery problems of others, provides your support to those who suffer; it can only solve them.
  3. Not live the yesterday, because it is already gone forever.
    Concentrate at the moment and be happy now.
    I know a good listener, only when listeners get new ideas that can enrich you. Don't you overthrow by frustration, self-pity is useless and just interferes in positive action.
    Savour the blessings you receive continuously, already show important or aparenten be trifles.

  6. No te preocupes, de todas las actividades humanas, preocuparse es la menos productiva.Que no te venza el miedo, la mayor parte de las cosas que tememos, nunca sucederán.No guardes rencor, es una de las cargas más pesadas e inútiles de la vida.
  7. Afronta cada problema según llega, de todas maneras solo puedes manejarlos uno a uno.No te lleves los problemas a la cama, son malos compañeros del sueño.No tomes prestados los problemas de los demás, presta tu apoyo a quien los sufre; sólo él puede solucionarlos.
  8. No revivas el ayer, porque ya se ha ido para siempre. Concéntrate en este momento y se feliz ahora. Sé un buen oyente, sólo cuando escuchas obtienes nuevas ideas que pueden enriquecerte. No te dejes abatir por la frustración, la autocompasión es inútil y sólo interfiere en las acciones positivas.
  9. Saborea las bendiciones que recibes continuamente, ya se muestren importantes o aparenten ser pequeñeces. Mis pensamientos son los que me hacen sentirme feliz o desgraciado,
