    • FRANCIS MADOJEMU DIG AGAIN!
    • 2 C H R O N I C L E S 1 6 : 9 S AY S , “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him.”
    • THE EYES OF THE LORD ARE SEARCHING FOR PEOPLE TO BLESS. God is looking for people on whom to show His favor. He’s flat-out looking for people who want to experience His strength. He’s never tired of picking out His children in the crowd - James MacDonald
    • EXODUS 17:8-9 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim. 9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
    • EXODUS 17:10-11 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. 11 And it came to pass, when held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed
    • EXODUS 17:12-13 But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. 13 And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

    • GENESIS 26:12-14 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.
    • GENESIS 26:12-14 WHERE DID ISAAC SOW?
    • GENESIS 26:12-14 ISAAC SOWED IN THE LAND NOT IN THE CHURCH
    • SOWING WAS MEANT TO BE IN BOTH REALMS THE CHURCH OPENED UP THE DOOR TO THE LAND
    • MALACHI 3:10 (NKJV) Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.
    • THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN ARE OPENED! W E S H O U L D N E V E R H AV E L I M I T E D SOWING TO THE CHURCH!
    • “There are only two things to really sow into the people and the land, you can't sow into the sea or sky we get things from them” –FRANCIS MADOJEMU
    • “To create a new business that makes money, and more significantly, employs others, and more significantly, gives a product to a customer that improves their life, is our greatest challenge, our greatest opportunity, and the greatest gift, far greater than any charity that we can give our fellow person.” ― PA U L Z A N E P I L Z E R
    • WE ARE A COMMUNITY COMMUNITY MODEL OF PROSPERITY THE PEOPLE B E C O M I N G A F O R C E F O R C H A N G E A N D I M PA C T
    • A NETWORK • Wenger et al. (2011) aim to distinguish communities and networks: • - "The network aspect refers to the set of relationships, personal interactions, and connections among participants who have personal reasons to connect. It is viewed as a set of nodes and links with affordances for learning, such as information flows, helpful linkages, joint problem solving, and knowledge creation.
    • A COMMUNITY • Wenger et al. define community (of practice) as “community” as "a learning partnership among people who find it useful to learn from and with each other about a particular domain". • By "practice" Brown and Duguid mean “undertaking or engaging fully in a task, job, or profession” (Brown and Duguid 2001, p. 203) (also see Jones & Esnault, 2004).
    • NETWORK VS. COMMUNITY • All communities of practice are networks in the sense that they involve connections among members. But not all networks are communities of practice: a community of practice entails shared domain that becomes a source of identification. • This identity creates a sense of commitment to the community as a whole, not just connections to a few linking nodes.
    • GENESIS 26:15-16 Now the Philistines had stopped up all the wells which his father's servants had dug in the days of Abraham his father, and they had filled them with earth. And Abimelech said to Isaac, “Go away from us, for you are much mightier than we.”

    • GENESIS 26:17-18 Then Isaac departed from there and pitched his tent in the Valley of Gerar, and dwelt there. And Isaac dug again the wells of water which they had dug in the days of Abraham his father, for the Philistines had stopped them up after the death of Abraham. He called them by the names which his father had called them.
    • GENESIS 26:19-21 Also Isaac's servants dug in the valley, and found a well of running water there. But the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled with Isaac's herdsmen, saying, “The water is ours.” So he called the name of the well Esek, because they quarreled with him. Then they dug another well, and they quarreled over that one also. So he called its name Sitnah.
    • GENESIS 26:22 And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”
    • PROVERBS 18:16 A man's gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.
    • GENESIS 26:32-33 It came to pass the same day that Isaac's servants came and told him about the well which they had dug, and said to him, “We have found water.” So he called it Shebah. Therefore the name of the city is Beersheba to this day.

    • “I think of myself as a motivational teacher, not a motivational speaker. What’s the difference between the two? A motivational speaker makes you feel good, but the next day you’re not sure why. A motivational teacher makes you feel good, and the next day you know why and take action. In other words, the first kind of communicator wants you to feel good, and the second wants you to do good..” –JOHN MAXWELL
