Biography | Marty Terbrack As the CEO & Digital Marketing Strategist for Digital Marketing, Inc., Marty provides strategic digital marketing plans and prioritized roadmaps to large enterprises across many industries and verticals. He leverages his deep expertise in interactive marketing to ensure his clients maximize their investments in online marketing and brand interactions with their audiences were they spend their time online. Areas of expertise include: e-Business and Online Marketing Strategy, Display Advertising, Social Media Monitoring & Engagement, Pay Per Click Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Affiliate, Web Properties Management (eCommerce, Lead Generation), Website Usability & Optimization, Web Analytics & Insights, Email and CRM marketing. He has also has a rich project management and IT management background. Marty has recently completed a 9 month consulting assignment with State Farm, where he supported the implementation of a web analytics system across Insurance, Banking & Financial Services business lines, developed an enterprise search engine optimization road map, benchmarked competitor SEM programs and participated in a social media platform evaluation pilot project. Prior to starting Digital Marketing, Inc, Marty was the Director of eCommerce Strategy & Business Development for Brand Labs, where he provided strategic direction to over 100 eCommerce web site business owners to increase revenue through improvements to their online marketing activities and web properties as well as overseeing the growth of Brand Labs capabilities, product portfolio and service offerings. Marty is an experienced, highly motivated leader focused on enabling brands / companies to engage and conduct business more effectively with their customers through online marketing activities and Internet-based applications. Marty has over 15 years of success working with business stakeholders to develop a comprehensive model for interacting with their customers throughout the entire buying and ownership experience through online marketing and Internet-based applications. Marty is a dedicated customer advocate who continuously implements product, process, and service improvements based on analyzing input from numerous channels. Prior to Brand Labs, Marty held a position eMarketing Strategy Consultant position with Marketing Associates providing eMarketing thought leadership working with account teams and clients to develop and launch interactive marketing programs. He also held an IT Manager position with MA, responsible for managing a 35+ person IT marketing application development team. Prior to his position at MA, Marty was the eCommerce Project Manager for Pulte Homes responsible for their consumer facing web sites. He was also a Senior Project Manager for ChannelNet who working with Ford business leads to manage the development and launch of a Global Suite of Dealer eTool Applications that included the Dealer Connection Website Utility, which is used by more than 5,000 Ford, Lincoln Mercury, Volvo, Land Rover and Jaguar dealers to manage their dealership websites. Marty also managed numerous international projects including: Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico dealer websites, Ford Global Fleet Websites as well as the Ford Global Market Research Intranet portal which provided internal Ford employees best practices on how to conduct business in foreign markets, provide insights into diverse cultures in country marketing strategies. In 1995 when many were not yet aware of the potential of the Internet, Marty has the vision to develop an Interactive Business Unit at Budco a marketing services company.
