Exsmoker and was on OCP.• Failed therapy!• Presented with worsening “high pressure” H/A, colour disturbance, new central scotoma on the left, bilateral papilloedema.• Admitted for ICP monitoring.• Underwent venous manometry. Table of results• Papers from 2002-2012• All case reports or case series (level IV NHMRC).• A total of 161 patients. 52 patients came from 1 case series (Australian).• All stenoses occurred and were stented at the transverse sinus.• All patients had pre- and post- Rx venogram and manometry.
