  6. 7. <ul><li>2008- -2009 Project RevUP Historical Perspective </li></ul><ul><ul><li>MPCA interest continued </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RevUP revised to meet logistical and funding requirements </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Nine applications received </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Six centers selected </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Timeframe: September 2008 – September 2009 </li></ul></ul>
  7. 8. <ul><li>The Project Included: </li></ul><ul><li>Initial one day face-to-face session with team members from all centers </li></ul><ul><li>Intense 2-day site visit at each participating center </li></ul><ul><li>Direct coaching by MPCA staff </li></ul><ul><li>Joint conference and individual calls for training, coaching and sharing </li></ul><ul><li>Interim “report out” at Clinicians meeting </li></ul><ul><li>Final one day learning/sharing session with team members from all centers </li></ul>
