    • 1. Achievement
      • MLT wants students who have demonstrated achievement inside and outside of the classroom
    • 2. Motivation
      • Students who want to learn and who want to succeed
    • 3. Commitment
      • Fellows are required to dedicate an average of 3 hours per week over the course of the 12 month program.
    1. I have to be a business major MLT and our corporate partners are looking for students from all disciplines and majors – from liberal arts to engineering. 2. I have to have a firm career goal already You don’t need to know exactly what you want to do after college. Part of MLT’s program mission is to expose you to new opportunities to help you determine what you want to do.
    • 1. Identify as a under-represented minority
      • Identify as Black/African-American, Latino(a), Native American, or a combination with any of the aforementioned identities
    • 2. A member of the class of 2010
      • Students apply to Career Prep during their sophomore year and participate in the program during their junior year
