ABM Biography <ul><li>Global designer and producer of high quality broaching machines, CNC sharpening machines, broaching tools and gear tools, as well as the sharpening of broach tools </li></ul><ul><li>Founded in 1919 by Mr. Lapointe at the request of Henry Ford, under current ownership of Qinchuan Machinery Development of Shaanxi (a Chinese co.) since 2004 </li></ul>
  3. 3. ABM Resources <ul><li>38 employees </li></ul><ul><li>7 full-time engineers </li></ul><ul><li>4 full-time sales persons, plus a large network of sales representatives world-wide </li></ul><ul><li>21 highly skilled manufacturing employees </li></ul>

Sales <ul><li>Year-ended 12/31/10 $4.4m and YTD 10/31/11 $4.4m </li></ul><ul><li>Forecast sales for 12/31/11 $5.4m </li></ul><ul><li>Over the past 2¾ years 43.5% of sales were foreign, of these 80% were machine shipments </li></ul><ul><li>Major foreign shipments are to Mexico, China, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Russia, Singapore, Canada and Italy </li></ul>

Export Financing <ul><li>It was very difficult to finance our working capital needs for foreign shipments until the EXIM line was put into place in September 2009 </li></ul><ul><li>Since then, we’ve financed the building of 10 machines through the EXIM line for a total of $3.6m </li></ul><ul><li>Recently, Comerica assisted ABM in expanding our EXIM line in order to accommodate our increasing backload of international shipments </li></ul>
