In June of 2012, Oracle published their Release Value Proposition (RVP) for PeopleSoft HCM release 9.2. We anticipate the general release of PeopleSoft HCM V9.2 sometime in early 2013.

  • A number of HCM applications have been enhanced in 9.2 For this discussion we will focus on Core HR, Benefits Payroll, ePerformance and Recruiting.ELM , Pension and HR Help Desk have enhancements as well, but for the sake of the allocated time slot, are not part of this presentation.
  • Employees will also be able to print the modeled check and/or print the changes made. The printed modeled check will not contain the employee name, social security number or employee id and will be watermarked to assure the printed version cannot be used to misrepresent a real paycheck.This transaction nicely shows some of the new PeopleTools features combined on page. The Activity Guide Feature as demonstrated by the bar at the top, pivot grid reporting, and the expansion of related content on the left-hand side of the page
