Senior Management Biographies <ul><li>Alan Levett - Managing Director </li></ul><ul><li>Alad Limited </li></ul><ul><li>Alad Ltd are the publishers of Stadium & Arena Management magazine which was launched in 1996. </li></ul><ul><li>Two years later he organised the first Stadia & Arena Exhibition and Conference in London and this event has now been held annually in other European cities including Barcelona, Lisbon, Geneva, Munich, Milan, Rome and Prague in 2009. The event is sponsored by the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM), the European Stadium and Safety Managers Association (ESSMA), UKTI and the worlds leading sport venue architects HOK. </li></ul><ul><li>He founded the UK Venue Managers Association and has extensive contacts amongst venue managers worldwide as well as manufacturers and professionals within the industry. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>Robert Smith – Chairman </li></ul><ul><li>The Management Recruitment Group </li></ul><ul><li>Robert joined MRG in the company’s early days as Chairman. A Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Robert has worked in the recruitment industry since 1978. He spent 2 years with an international corporate consultancy and prior to this he has 10 years experience within recruitment gained in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Specialising solely in the private sector, he has managed recruitment campaigns across the UK covering service providers and in-house solutions to include; property maintenance and security, projects, retail & leisure environments, contract cleaning management and commercial office building management. Michael joined MRG in January 2008 to launch a sector division specialising within the core areas of Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction.
