First Stop…Sydney, Australia Mountain View, CA Mumbai, IndiaLinkedIn HQ 4 weeks START Bangalore, India 1 Month Singapore 2 weeks + 3 weeks Sydney, Australia 4 weeks Australia was the perfect way to ease into my trip. The people were very friendly, there was a lot to see, great food and mostly everything was walking distance.

Office Life Australia is where all of the planningcame to life. I sat with the RecruitingCoordinator and really figured out whatthe existing coordination process lookedlike, and what I could do to help improveit. HR/Recruiting Room Sydney Kitchen -This basket was trouble, it was filled w/Cadbury Chocolates!

Singapore Office Life - Round 2 By the end of the 3 additional weeks, reporting was in a good place, and I was ready to leave knowing I had passed on my work and made an impact.2nd visit was during the Mooncake Festival. Takeaways There is nothing like being back home,and in the Mountain view office. Butregardless of where I was, every LinkedInoffice felt like a home away fromhome.Everyone was incredibly generous, andgrateful for my time with them. It can behard to keep culture consistent across theglobe, but each and every office hadtheir own way of maintaining the spiritof LinkedIn. My “thank you” gift from the team!
