  • It is basically information that search engines and directories don't have direct access to such as databases.
  • Not all information can be found online, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not there.
  • The invisible web will keep growing
  • The invisible web will still exist in the long run due to the stated reasons above.

All about DARKNET Definition: • A computer network with restricted access that is used chiefly for illegal peer-to-peer file sharing • World Wide Web content that is not part of the Surface Web, which is indexed by standard search engines Also known as: Deepnet, the invisible Web, or the hidden Web
    3. 3. All about DARKNET Why is it present? - Due to technical barriers or deliberate decisions on the part of the site owner/s to exclude their pages from search engine spiders. - Search engine companies exclude some types of pages by policy, to avoid cluttering their databases with unwanted content Example: A library website that needs a password to gather information
    4. 4. All about DARKNET + - The invisible web gives you the idea that there is information available (just not easily found) - You have to dig deep for it

    7. 7. Darknet’s FUTURE
    8. 8. Darknet’s FUTURE   As years go by, databases, government documents, and the like will keep growing. With that, there is more reason to secure them. Most specialized web resources are not free, and will remain as is in the future.
