THE TREND IS EMERGING <ul><li>We have already become accustomed to reviews for things like cars, travel destinations (through websites like Trip Advisor), and for many consumer products. </li></ul><ul><li>More recent rating websites and smart phone applications are rating local restaurants and businesses. </li></ul><ul><li>The trend is moving directly to user reviews and ratings of individual service providers, - your local barber, dentist and REAL ESTATE AGENT. </li></ul>

(Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow, Trulia , Yelp and the new and emerging sites that will evolve) </li></ul>
